How to report an issue with Photomator
Think you've found a bug in Photomator? Here are a few things you can do to help us fix it as quickly as possible.
Share your device specs and Photomator version with us
Some issues might be specific to certain device models and versions of Photomator, so we need this information to make it easier for us to find out what's causing an issue.

Send us a sample image or document
To fix an issue, we almost always need to reproduce it. For that reason, it really helps if you can send us the file or image with which you're seeing a particular issue.

Tell us about your workflow
Any specific steps that make a bug appear are always a big help. If you're not sure of the specific steps, just let us know what tools or features you're using to edit and how you typically use them. If you're able to consistently reproduce the issue, you can also make a screen recording of it.
Find and share a crash report
If Photomator quits unexpectedly, it creates a report of this event on your device. Crash reports can provide us with some valuable information about what made Photomator quit unexpectedly and give us clues as to how we can prevent that from happening in the future. The Pixelmator Team doesn't collect any data from your iPad, so if you'd like us to take a look at any crash report, file, or image, you should send it to us directly.
