Finding your Mac specs and Photomator version

This article explains how to find your Mac device specs and Photomator version.

Open the About This Mac window

To find your Mac specs, click the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of the menu bar, then choose About This Mac.

Take a screenshot of the About This Mac window

To take a screenshot, press the Command + Shift + 4 keyboard shortcut, press the spacebar, then click the About This Mac window. The screenshot will be automatically saved to your desktop.

Find your Photomator version

To find your Photomator version, open Photomator, click the Photomator menu, and choose About Photomator.

To take a screenshot, press the Shift + Command + 4 keyboard shortcut, press the spacebar, then click the About Photomator window. The screenshot will be automatically saved to your desktop.

Attach the screenshots to your response

Once you have both screenshots on your desktop, send them to us via our Contact Form along with any other relevant information, such as a crash report.
