Where can I get Photomator?

Photomator is available to download exclusively from the App Store on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Vision Pro.

How much does Photomator cost?

The Photomator price may vary from country to country. To get the most accurate prices in your region, visit the Photomator product page in the App Store app on your device. You'll find the pricing information by expanding the In-App Purchases section under Information.

Do I need to pay again to use Photomator on another device?

No. A single license unlocks Photomator on all your devices, including Mac, iPhone, or iPad. To start using Photomator on a new device, you'll need to restore your purchase.

What is the difference between the subscription and the lifetime version of Photomator?

The subscription and lifetime license offer identical features and tools. Your choice between them simply comes down to your preferred payment method.

How do I restore my purchase and activate Photomator on another device?

  1. Go to the App Store app on your device and download Photomator from your list of purchased apps. If you're not seeing Photomator in your list of purchases, make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you initially used to purchase it or see the Support article for more info on redownloading your previous purchases.

  2. Once the download finishes, open Photomator.

  3. Redeem your purchase by doing one of the following:

    • On iPhone or iPad, tap Settings (the gear icon at the top of the Files or Photos browser), then tap License and choose Restore Purchase.

    • On Mac, choose Photomator > Restore Purchase (from the Photomator menu at the top of your screen).

How can I check my purchase status and find Photomator purchase options?

To check the current status of your Photomator license by doing one of the following:

  • On Mac, choose Photomator > Settings (from the Photomator menu at the top of your screen) and choose License.

  • On iPhone or iPad, tap Settings (the gear icon at the top of the Files or Photos browser), then tap License.

How do I cancel or change my Photomator subscription?

The Photomator subscription comes in 2 different types: monthly and yearly. If you'd like to change the subscription type or cancel it, you can do that at any time through your App Store account.

To quickly access subscription settings directly in Photomator, do one of the following:

  • On Mac, choose Photomator > Manage Purchases (from the Photomator menu at the top of the screen).

  • On iPhone or iPad, tap Settings (the gear icon at the top of the Files or Photos browser), then tap License and choose Manage Subscription.

If you'd like to buy the lifetime license of Photomator, you'll first need to cancel your current subscription, wait until the subscription period ends, and then purchase the lifetime license.

Does Photomator support Family Sharing?

Yes! You can share your purchased copy of Photomator with your family members for free if you have a family sharing group set up on your App Store account. If you don’t have Family Sharing set up, visit this Support article to learn how.

I cannot restore my Photomator purchase. Why?

If you cannot restore your Photomator purchase, you may be signed in to the App Store with a different Apple Account, or your subscription may have expired. To verify this, you can check your license status in Photomator or the App Store purchase history.

What happens to my edited photos when the subscription period ends or if I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your Photomator subscription or the subscription expires, your edited photos don't go anywhere. You get to keep your edited photos, but you can no longer re-edit them or edit any new photos until you renew your subscription.
