Use the Color Monochrome adjustment to desaturate your photo while adding a color tint.
Click or tap Color Adjustments in the toolbar and turn on Color Monochrome.
Click or tap the color well and choose a color tint from the Colors palette. You can also tap the color picker and select a color from the image.
To bring back some of the original image colors, drag the Intensity slider to the left.
